From breakfast...
Our buffet breakfast is continental style with a wide choice of sweet and savory recipes: variations including croissants, brioches, graffes, plum cakes, crostata and sweet and savory cakes, seasonal fruit, different types of bread, fruit and plain yogurt, eggs, jams, honey, various types of cereals and muesli, on request gluten-free, vegan products or those that can meet the dietary needs of all our guests.
We will nevertheless try, as much as possible within the terms dictated by common sense, to meet any requirement.

The cuisine in our “Floridiana” restaurant combines tradition and innovation; exotic flavor influences complement the strict etiquette of our wonderful traditional Italian, Campanian dishes. We often dedicate ourselves to the exuberant richness of local products and recipes, which offer a surprising and tasty variety of sea and land flavors.
At every meal, you will thus have the opportunity to choose from various proposals for appetizers, first and second courses, plus a vast appetizer buffet at dinner and salads at lunch.
Completing the offer is a wide choice of various desserts at dinner and a well-stocked wine cellar, offering a vast selection of Ischian and the most renowned and appreciated national labels.
Snack bar on the pool
An outdoor snack adjacent to the pool is available for a light and tasty lunch.
Here you can find salads, sandwiches, bruschetta of various types prepared with seasonal ingredients or, for those who do not wish to use the restaurant but still want a taste of local gastronomic tradition, it is possible to order dishes of the day inspired by the most famous recipes of Mediterranean and local cuisine, such as the classic Ischitan rabbit, fish soup, lobster linguine, and Catalan lobster.
We are finally ready to welcome suggestions or specific orders with reasonable advance notice in order to best satisfy all the taste requirements of our guests.
Opening hours and information
Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00;
Dinner from 19:30 to 21:00.
The La Terrazza à la carte Restaurant service is available from 13:00 to 14:00.
The Bar and Snack service is available from 10:00 to 22:00.
NO SMOKING AREA
Dear Guests, kindly note that smoking is prohibited in all outdoor dining areas where food and drinks are served: the Breakfast Terrace, the “La Terrazza” à la carte Restaurant, and the Snack Bar Terrace.
